This training is for anyone interested in learning how their organisation could capitalise on doing good while doing business and the new culture. It gives an overview to entities' purpose a higher purpose beyond just making a profit. Entities could be any - small, medium or large and could be a corporation or financial institution. What is meant by entities' purpose? How purpose brings innovation in shifting culture and mindset of an organisation? How purpose enables innovation and scale. Innovations could be in digital transformation, process transformation, business model transformation, financial product transformation or any other types, and will create purpose-focused positive impacts directly or indirectly. How this will shift the culture of the organisation? How purpose becomes a business proposition, not a morality? And finally, how purpose is the core to entities' longterm sustainability?
